I also think it is easier to switch between monitors when you have two monitors at work and only one at your remote computer.

Overall it is a great software and the people I have talked to when I had a problem are knowledgeable and very nice. I went in to my work settings and made sure it has that my computer does not have any settings to have it rest or sleep or anything like that as that may have been the reason I was unable to get on line at my home work station at times. Kommentare: I really enjoy using this system and the cost is so much less to the company that previous software I have used. As a non-profit we need to operate frugally. It just seemed right, and the cost was reasonable. We went from free on the old platform (too many restrictions), and to paid for Remote PC. In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: AnyDesk I am an experienced PC user, but it will take watching videos, reading FAQs and coaching from the Help Desk to be fully up and running. I can see it will take a while and some more coaching to fully understand and operate. The presentation of the remote screen, Mac as remote and PC as host, was clear, responsive and uncluttered. My first connect was eventually successful with the help of help desk chat. Remote PC appeared to have benefit to our organization and I decided to give it a try. Logmein might be more expensive but it is in a completely different league to RemotePC I was a Logmein user for years before switching to this product so no stranger to remote software. Also has a habit of reporting that a session is in progress when it is not.

Unreliable, don't ever install this where remote access to a machine is critical - it will let you down! Buggy, crashes all the time with various software exceptions, file transfer is is a guessing game as to whether it will do it/has done it, client machines continuously need the software processes killing via task manager and then re starting to get it to work - this is exaggerated on pcs with multiple user accounts as switching users seems to cause it to hang consistently. but I soon learnt you get what you pay for! Kommentare: Overall experience is poor, have had several time consuming chat sessions and the answer is always to "update to the latest version" - which makes no difference.
